CeCe has dedicated her career to building out, optimizing, and training top sales organizations across the United States. Having started her career in sales and marketing, CeCe quickly identified the benchmarks for success in a winning sales program and the pitfalls to avoid when building out a team.
Most recently, CeCe spent nearly five years at OpenView Venture Partners, where she was responsible for working with portfolio companies post-investment on their sales and go-to-market strategy. During her time at OpenView, CeCe built 14 sales teams and worked with 23 companies across the portfolio, engaging with board members, executives, and leadership to increase pipeline and revenue.
With a strong understanding of the sales process and a passion for the art and science of sales, CeCe dives in to deliver training that is tactical, engaging, and impactful.
CeCe attended Trinity College in Hartford.
