Director of Marketing, Wayfair
Courtney Lawrie is the Director of Brand & Integrated Marketing at Wayfair, where she oversees brand channels globally including TV, Direct Mail/Catalog, Video, Strategic Partnerships, and Experiential Marketing. Lawrie began her career at Wayfair in 2009 as a Category Associate on the Casegoods business, and quickly rose to become a Manager before transitioning to Wayfair’s Brand team, where she led the rebrand of CSN Stores to Wayfair in 2012. Since then, Lawrie developed and launched Wayfair’s internal media agency; transitioning all media buying and planning in-house, and partnered with Wayfair’s Analytics team to create a best-in-class media measurement platform. In addition to managing Wayfair’s “Waygency,” she currently spearheads strategic brand partnerships and oversees the newly formed Experiential Marketing team. Lawrie graduated from Colby College in 2009 as an English major, Art History minor and played for the Colby Women’s Basketball team for two years.
