Vice President of Development Information Strategy and Operations at Memorial Sloan Kettering (MSK)
Julia oversees the following groups in MSK Development: Information Services, Operations, Digital Operations, Gift Administration, Donor Relations, Prospect Development & Decision Science. Julia came to MSK in 2013 from Mayo Clinic where she was Director of Development Information Services. She supports and fosters a culture of creative and diverse thinking, encourages new ideas, thoughtful experimentation, and thorough testing. Julia successfully led not one, but two, conversion projects to Blackbaud CRM, one at Mayo Clinic and one at MSK. Prior to joining the non-profit sector, Julia was in the travel technology arena as a self-employed software developer and consultant where one of her most memorable accomplishments was to be a part of a small but mighty team that helped launch Orbitz.com in 2001.
Julia is PMP certified, received her BA in Psychology from San Diego State University, and her MBA from Augsburg University.
